July 3 – Star-Spangled Salute at The Pavilion
Join The Pavilion for a cherished Woodlands tradition! This free concert features the Houston Symphony performing patriotic favorites. Gates open at 6:30 PM, concert starts at 8 PM. No ticket required. Celebrate freedom and the arts with your community.

July 4 – Market Street Fourth of July Parade
Enjoy a classic hometown parade in Market Street featuring floats, fire engines, marching bands, and more. This year’s theme: Wings of Liberty: Celebrating the Bald Eagle. Don’t miss this family-friendly celebration!

July 4 – Red, Hot & Blue Festival & Fireworks
Spread across five locations in The Woodlands (Town Green Park, Northshore Park, Waterway Square, Hughes Landing, and Rob Fleming Park), this all-day celebration includes live music, food, and family fun. Cap off the night with one of the largest fireworks shows in the Greater Houston area at 9:30 PM.


🎢 Live Music & Summer Concerts

July 5 – Free Concert & Artisan Market at Grand Central Park
From 9 AM–1 PM, enjoy over 50 local vendors, music, food trucks, and pet adoptions at The Lake House in Conroe.

July 5 – Helena Crevar Jiu-Jitsu Seminar
Catch the 17-year-old phenom at Renzo Gracie The Woodlands for a special seminar. Pre-registration required; open to all experience levels.

July 6 – Cars & Coffee for a Cause
Stop by Market Street from 6:30–10:00 AM to see classic and exotic cars while supporting local charities.

Thursdays – Rock the Row (July 10, 17, 24, 31)
Free concerts at Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands from 7–9 PM. Enjoy dinner on Restaurant Row before the show! Featured acts include Leslie Lugo, Brenda Guy, and more.

Saturdays – Waterway Nights in The Woodlands 
Market Street Concert Series is a popular choice for live music with free concerts during the spring and fall from 6 to 8 p.m. Featuring artists performing Top 40, jazz, Latin, country and cover favorites, plan to bring the family for shopping and dining before the show. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome.

July 12 & August 2 – Summer Concerts at City Place
From 5:30–9:30 PM enjoy live music on the waterfront with food trucks, giveaways, and more.

July 23 – The Music of Led Zeppelin at The Pavilion
The Houston Symphony and Windborne Music join forces for a rock-meets-orchestra experience you won’t forget. Prepare for an epic night!

July 13 – Disney 80s & 90s Celebration in Concert
Live at the Smart Financial Centre, enjoy Disney and Pixar hits from two unforgettable decades with Broadway stars and immersive visuals.

Thursdays – Movies on The Lawn at The Woodlands Mall
Catch outdoor movies with your family or dine nearby and enjoy the view. July titles include Transformers One, Mufasa, TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, and Pitch Perfect.


🌿 Educational & Community Events

July 1 – Free Admission at Houston Zoo
Enjoy a free day at the Houston Zoo (online reservations required). Held the first Tuesday of every month.

Thursdays – Free Family Night at Children’s Museum Houston
From 5–8 PM every Thursday, explore interactive exhibits and hands-on fun for all ages. Free tickets drop 48 hours before each date.

July 11 & 12 – Plastic Film Recycling Outreach Days
Visit The Woodlands Township booths at local Kroger locations to learn how to recycle plastic film and get a free reusable shopping bag.

July 11 – Slurpees & Sirens at 7-Eleven
From 4–6 PM, meet first responders and cool off with free Slurpees at 26628 Kuykendahl Rd.

July 13 – Bastille Day at Rienzi (MFAH)
Enjoy French music, crafts, and art at this free family day event in Houston. Celebrate French heritage at the beautiful Rienzi House Museum.

July 16 – Girls Night Out: Mahjong Play Date
Join Woodlands Mahjong Society at Nachos Padres for a fun evening. Tickets include dinner, and donations are collected for Angel Reach.

July 26 – Superhero Day with CARS at The Woodlands Children’s Museum
Wear your favorite costume and take part in superhero-themed art, photo ops, and car character sightings from 10 AM–4 PM. Tikiz Shaved Ice will be on-site to help you cool off!
