Franchise Owners Don and Arlena McLaughlin have been dedicated to providing exceptional early education in The Woodlands and Spring for over 26 years. Education has always been a priority for the McLaughlins, who moved to The Woodlands in 2001 for its exemplary schools. They have since built and operated seven Primrose Schools in the area, serving generations of local families.
Deeply committed to their community, Don and Arlena have served in leadership roles with the Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Rotary Clubs, Salvation Army Boys and Girls Clubs, local education foundations, and more. Their passion for nurturing both academic and personal growth has earned them Primrose Schools’ prestigious President’s Award for Excellence.
