The week of Thanksgiving, my boys and I finally made it to the Festival of Lights at Woodlands Church, and it was an unforgettable night! From glowing candy canes to snow and sledding, our whole family was immersed in holiday magic.

A Night Full of Fun

Even before our tickets were scanned, the front area was a glowing wonderland. Rows of light-up candy canes, beautiful ornaments, and a Bethlehem scene had my boys running from one dazzling display to the next. But their favorite? The LED light-up seesaws right at the entrance!

Inside, the lights guide you through a truly immersive Christmas experience: sledding (we went over and over), singing reindeer, a blow-up maze, tasty snacks, and one of the highlights—SNOW! Don’t miss walking past the food area, which opens into a world of light experiences telling the stories of Noah, Jesus, and more.

My kids loved spotting the animals along the path, and the final scene is breathtaking—a perfect way to end the night.
