Join The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Services for a Community Shredding Event on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Sterling Ridge Park & Ride (8001 McBeth Way, The Woodlands, TX 77382).
This contactless shredding service makes it easy to safeguard your identity, reduce clutter, and prevent fire hazards by securely disposing of old papers, files, and unwanted documents — all without leaving your car!
Shred for a Good Cause
This event isn’t just about security — it’s about community. A donation of five non-perishable food items or $5 per box will directly benefitInterfaith of The Woodlands Food Pantry, helping local families in need.
| The Food Pantry is available to individuals and families who are facing food insecurity. Donations are always needed and appreciated in many forms: financial contributions, non-perishable food, infant products including diapers and formula, personal hygiene items, paper products, cleaning supplies, and gift cards to area grocery stores. Nutrition Every Weekend: provides backpacks of food for children at risk of hunger over the weekend during the school year Seniors Eating Well: grocery delivery to homebound senior adults On The Go Market Days: mobile food pantry that takes food assistance to high need areas Veggie Village: two community gardens that provide fresh organic produce to the Food Pantry |  |

- Old bank statements, bills, and receipts
- Medical or insurance documents
- Outdated tax records and personal files
All shredding will be handled on-site by secure shredding professionals to ensure your documents are destroyed safely and confidentially.
