🎃 Trick or Treat Trail: Monster Mash in The Woodlands!

A Spooktacular Halloween Event for Kids & Families — FREE & Fun!

Calling all princesses, pirates, ghosts, and goblins! The Woodlands Township invites families to enjoy a FREE Trick or Treat Trail featuring Monster Mash on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 1 to 5 p.m. at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park (6464 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77389).

Children can trick or treat from booth to booth, enjoy strolling entertainment, carnival games, Halloween crafts, photo areas, food trucks, and more — plus costume contests throughout the afternoon!

👻 Costume Contests & Prizes

Costume contests take place at 1:15, 2:00, 2:45, 3:30, and 4:15 p.m. Participants may compete in one contest per child, with up to 50 participants per contest. Contestants receive a number in the Costume Contest Corral to wear until the end. Prizes are awarded for the top three costumes and the top group costume in each contest.

Sign-ups are available on the day of the event near the stage.

  • Rob Fleming Aquatic Center: 6535 Creekside Forest Drive
  • Risen Church: 6262 Creekside Green Drive
  • Creekside Forest Elementary: 5949 Creekside Forest Drive
  • Accessible parking: Recreation Center (6464 Creekside Forest Drive) with a valid placard/plate
  • Lone Star College - Creekside Center: 8747 W. New Harmony Trail — FREE shuttle service to the Recreation Center

Shuttle times: First bus leaves Lone Star College at 12:30 p.m.; last bus leaves Rob Fleming Recreation Center at 6 p.m. Pets are not permitted on the buses. Coolers, picnic baskets, blankets, and lawn chairs are allowed; glass is prohibited. Please do not park along roadsides or in residential areas.
