They have a play area that feels very safe and secure with their large property lines, my boys enjoyed running in the open space!
Magical North Pole Bus Ride
The fun continues as you board Nigel the Bus, their iconic red double-decker from London. Head to the upper deck, where Santa Claus himself will join the ride to the "North Pole." Kids will delight in one-on-one magical moments with the big man in red—plenty of time to ask questions, share wish lists, and enjoy the slower, stress-free pace.

A Personal Note from My Family’s Visit
When my kiddos and I visited Santa on Nigel the Bus, it was nothing short of magical. From picnicking in the park, meeting the adorable goats, to the joy of boarding a real London double-decker bus, it felt like stepping into a Christmas story (with a tinge of Harry Potter for a fan like me!).
The highlight? Watching my little ones light up as they spent unhurried time with Santa—asking questions, giggling, and truly soaking up the magic of the season. My four year old enjoyed asking all of his questions to Santa, plus Mrs. Claus had a few questions for the kids to ask Santa as well, so the conversation was very interactive and Santa did a great job at answering all of the kiddos questions.
The photo opportunities were amazing, and as a parent, I loved how relaxed and stress-free the entire experience felt. I felt safe letting my kids run around, they were attentive with the live animals and helping the kids feed the goats, and overall it was just a really great afternoon for an outdoor activity that was Christmas focused and of course to meet Santa. Mrs. Claus made the whole afternoon run smoothly and her energy was so joyful it made the experience all the more memorable!
